Qualifications/ Required Skills:

Sr  Software Engineer.

1. Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA in any discipline.

2.Good verbal & Written communication skills.

3. Experienced working in 27*7 Application support projects.

4. Knowledge of Application support processes-SLA based services, Incident management, Change management ect.

5. Good knowledge of ITIL processes.

6. Good team player.

7. Good analytical skills and quick learner.
