1.     Experience with multithreaded and real-time applications.

2.     Experience in design and architecture of large distributed systems.

3.     Exp with business Intelligence applications providing functions like Reporting OLAP.

4.     Exp with Financial Application Development will be an added advantage.

5.     Exp with common java frameworks including spring or Guice, Hibernate , Guava,JAXB,JAXRS,Java Swing,Java RMI.

6.     Excellent written and verbal communication, team and people skills.

7.     Has the ability to cope in changing and ambiguous circumstances.
