Technical Lead	VC++, .NET 3.5, WCF, WPF, Silverlight Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and most importantly customer interfacing skills. Working experience in client interfacing roles and collaborating with the onsite team. In the lead role, this position is responsible for interfacing with the customer on Change Requests related discussions, clarifications, reviewing the deliverables with the customer, testing etc. Should be hands on with the product codebase so as to solve Product issues that are logged. Support and collaborate with the onsite team to ensure efficient communication with the client and quick turnaround.	8-10 years
Software Development Engineer	VC++, MFC, .NET, WCF, WIN32, API, SQL Reproduce the reported issue on the specified product line Troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issue Code changes to fix the reported issue Unit test the issue Document the changes made	3 – 5 years
Embedded Software Development Engineer	Software development for 16/32 bit microcontrollers, DSP based target platforms Strong knowledge and experience  in C/C++ and assembly programming languages Good knowledge and experience on RTOS based software product development. Preferably VxWORKS Good knowledge on Cross platform development tool chains, debuggers, emulators Communication protocol development or maintenance experience Previous knowledge of RTU/PLC /DCS Industrial communication and controller product development	3 – 5 years
